Yesterday was my first day experience using “Tele-Doc” with Dr. Simpson and I was extremely pleased. I was able to complete my appointment in just a few minutes. My needed prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up shortly afterward. My appointment was just as excellent as my in-person visits have been. I am completely satisfied with my visits with Dr.Simpson.

I can’t recommend Dr. Chris Simpson enough. I recently came down with an illness, and he was incredibly attentive in getting me the right treatment to get back on my feet. What really sets him apart is how he consistently goes above and beyond for his patients; you never feel like just another appointment on his calendar. Dr. Simpson is always very professional and kind. Both in-person and telehealth visits are quick, but I never feel rushed. He is easy to talk to, listens well, and takes time to explain everything clearly, including what he is doing and what the plan is. The intake process is smooth, and the staff is always helpful with prescriptions and referral appointments. They make you feel comfortable and make sure your concerns are heard and addressed.

Besides , the fact that doctor simpson , his crew of nurses saved my life when I had a heart attack while , sitting in his office. He keeps me in line on my diabetic numbers and my high blood pressure. He is by far the best doctor I have found in the Houston area, mainly League city. Today I had my weekly blood draw at Dickinson Family Medicine. I’m giving 5 stars for Niesha, the phlebotomist in the lab. She is extraordinary. I’ve never had anyone in a lab or a hospital who could get me with a single stick. She does it every week. It’s absolutely painless. I am in and out so quickly and she is always so pleasant.

Have always gotten good service when calling the clinic from all the staff, which I appreciated. Dr Simpson listens to all my concerns or issues that I had and replied to them. That is why I gave them 5 stars.

Dr. Simpson is a great doctor. He listens to his patient, he asks questions and always asks "is there anything else I can assist you with?" As fast as things are, the fast pace movement of everything, I can really appreciate the time and effort he commits to ensure his patients are well cared for.

Receptionist were polite, I was quickly taken care of, went back to the room the medical office assistant did a great job, Dr Simpson quickly arrived introduced himself and took the time to ask questions. Great job!

Dr. Chris Simpson is one in a million. He ACTUALLY listens to you and supports you. He doesn't just say it's hormones or it's your weight... he will actually help and bounce ideas off you and WILL NOT STOP till he figures out what helps. The crazy thing is you have an amazing doctor AND STAFF. The staff will go out of their way to helpin any way possible. I will follow them where ever they go!! I have a VERY complex health history most Doctors wont even see me and Dr. Simpson is like bring it on.

Best practice I have ever been to.

I can't brag enough on Dr. Simpson and his staff. The girls REALLY tried to get me into dermatology this morning when the UTMB dermatology clinic royally screwed up and didn't tell me I needed a referral to schedule an appointment and made me get up and be there by 8:05am. They will do everything in their power to get you the help you need in the moment. I ended up having to reschedule, but that's on UTMB, not Dr. Simpson's office! They're the absolute best!!

Dr. Simpson and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable in a doctor office setting. I was very impressed with my first visit.

Initially I was really pleased with my first appt. My appointment was quick but not rushed. I felt really heard by Dr. Simpson. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dr prescribed my meds and although I filled out the pre visit forms and listed all my meds there was still a problem with the translation to the pharmacy. It took 3 days to correct it as the staff is not that efficient in following up or returning calls. The Dr. also called in a prescription that would be delivered. They couldn't deliver to a PO BOX so I gave the office a physical address. Once again the wrong information was translated to the pharmacy so it's been almost 10 days since my appointment and now that the address has been corrected with FEDEX I should receive it in a couple of days, a whole 2 weeks since my appointment. One of the prescriptions is a self administered shot. Dr. Simpson told me to come in and they will show me how to administer it. I called the office to see if I needed to make an appointment to have someone show me and they are seriously trying to charge me for a 3 min appointment. No ma'am absolutely not.

I have FINALLY found the right doctor for me! Excellent bedside manner, easy to talk to, no judgy vibes. Everything from positive front desk employees, to very amicable and knowledgeable Doctor. Highly recommend!! Thanks to the whole staff for pleasant experience

I am absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE when it comes to doctors. My pulse increases to the point they think I need an EKG and even my BP starts to become crazy. I have no idea why since I'm an EMT and worked 20 plus yrs in the medical field. Something about Dr. Simpson puts me at peace. He is very kind and compassionate towards all his patients. There is no judgement with him. He wants to make sure you are mentally well and healthy and makes that his number one concern above all else. I think in this day and age that says alot towards his character as a Doctor. I would highly HIGHELY recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that they would feel comfortable seeing. Just trust me, if anything go see for yourself!!!

Dr Simpson is attentive, engaged, patient, and knowledgeable. He expresses interest and shows his concern in your health. He is most personable and devotes more than adequate time to his patients.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but pleased to do this one. My daughter started going to Dr. Simpson and said so many nice things about how caring he was and I decided to make an appointment myself. I'm so happy I did. I don't trust the healthcare industry anymore after Covid. When the government is chasing you with needles and telling you not to ask questions, the doctors should have stepped up and protected the trust they had before the virus. With that said, I felt like I could trust Dr. Simpson from the first appointment because he does spend a lot of time with you to make sure you're taken care of properly. He's also very personable and genuinely kind. Thank goodness, Dr. Simpson is a humble man and does not have the typical doctor's ego/god complex. Thank you, Dr. Simpson, for making me feel safer about our family's health!

As per usual, Dr. Simpson was very professional, yet very friendly. He was not quick to change medications but rather wants to try different avenues first. Our wait time was very short, the staff was friendly yet business like. I have been a patient of his for about 6 years & very satisfied with his care.

I've only been once but he was pretty amazing I just say. I'm not much for doctor's but he impressed me right away. He was very understanding of my problems and financial situation and came up with a plan right away that is working great so far. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wish I could give more than 5 Stars! Dr. Simpson and his friendly staff are awesome! He is very warm, likeable and professional. He exceeded my expectations and consider myself blessed to have him as my Primary Care Physician. He listens well, is very thorough and spent considerable time getting to know me, my health history and developing a strategy moving forward. He is methodically working to reduce or eliminate many of the medications I am currently on, instead of trying to mask symptoms with more expensive prescriptions. Finally, a Dr. attempting to determine the underlying illness instead of simply treating symptoms of undetermined cause with costly mediations. Unlike the large hospital operated Physicians networks, he spent more than the 15-20 minutes they limit appointments to. I’m so pleased with my experience at his boutique private practice, I’ve contacted my referring Physician to thank them. If there were more physicians like Dr. Simpson, it would significantly improve industry reputation and patient health!

Dr. Simpson has been my family’s PCP for over 5 years. We followed him and definitely will continue to see him. He’s a great doctor to both children and adults and very thorough on his treatment principles. The new clinic is clean and, the staff members are exemplary from patient concerns to patient care.

Dr Chris Simpson is an unusually great PCP...HE actually listens instead of spending most of a PCP's visit on a computer He is also someone you can talk yo comfortably. I left Village Medical when Dr Simpson to open his own practice, which meant also leaving Devoted for my new Med. Ins. Provider to go with Wellcare in order to stay with him as my PCP ...and should say alot. Also simply a GREAT GUY...anyone will be happy to have him as your PCP.

Dr Simpson has excellent bed side manor and he truly listens to your concerns. His private practice is a huge improvement from the previous group he was with and when I found out he was opening his private practice I followed him and have my Husband and son there as well.

The doctor showed lots of concern and the visit was fast, but he was very attentive. He listened well and was very willing to help especially under the circumstances of ne having no insurance. He covered basic immediate needs and also referred me to cheaper pharmacies. He even went out of his way to pull up the good rx coupon for me.

Dr. Simpson is my lifeline!! I had to wait on Wellcare to verify him as being in network when he opened this private practice and not having him while Wellcare took their sweet time, was AWFUL! The girls called me as soon as he was verified to schedule. When they called and told me I could start seeing him again last week, I danced and yelled after we had scheduled my appointment! I have multiple diseases (Fibromyalgia, Postural Orthostatoc Tachycardia Syndrome, degenerative disc and joint disease, 6 bulging discs in my neck and lower back, a chiari malformation, major ADHD, gastro issues, anxiety, dermatology issues, allergies, etc) and syndromes he manages incredibly well! He always wants the absolute best for his patients, and I genuinely feel he treats me as he would his own family. I cannot say enough good things about him as my PCP. He always asks who I want to be referred to, not just, "Lemme throw some random doctor at you and hope they take your insurance and don't suck in their field!" like other PCPs I've had in the past would do. He genuinely cares that I have a great medical team in place and have everything I need to be able to live as normally as I can. Also, from Village Medical to his new practice, his nurses and office staff are always awesome and uplifting, they're women I want to be friends with. When I went in yesterday the lady at the front desk had me dying laughing and dancing with her to the Windows noises on her computer while we waited for it to boot saying, "Take the small victories!" I couldn't agree more.

Dr. Simpson is by far the best the doctor I have had out of many. Dr. Simpson started his care for me at my most difficult time in my life in 2020 when I lost my daughter tragically in a car accident. I was hopeless and had no will to care for my own health. He made sure I was helped mentally and physically and I will honestly say, I am in a much better place in 2024 with the many thanks to Dr. Simpson’s and his RN Niesha. I will forever be grateful to them both.

Dr Simpson is an absolutely amazing doctor. After being a patient of his for several years and moving my entire family over to him, there is no way I’d see anyone else. Not only is he a phenomenal person and professional, he has built a great team at this location. If you’re looking for someone that will get to know you, your medical history, your family history and remember it, he’s the Dr you’re looking for.

Didn't get to see him, they told me 2 days before my appointment, that I made a few months prior, that they didn't take my insurance. Need to be a little more pro active with that kind of information. I have seen hin for years at a different facility, he's a great doctor and person.

I have been with Dr. Simpson for almost 5 years now, my family & I are so grateful that we found him. Dr. Simpson is as attentive, caring, understanding, patient & informative today as he was in my first appt 5 years ago. He truly cares about all his patients. He actually listens & instead of rushing the appt & "slapping a band aid on it" he gets to the root of the problem. He personally calls all his patients with updates & test results. He makes sure that you understand the diagnosis. He answers all your questions & works with you to come up with an effective plan of action that you are comfortable with doing. He treats everyone with respect & never looks down on you. As wonderful as Dr. Simpson is his staff is equally wonderful! They are organized, friendly, understanding and most importantly very reliable. You can count on them to follow up and follow through. I am so grateful that I took the advice of a stranger to go see Dr. Simpson for help with my health problems. I definitely don't regret it one bit and neither will you. :)
