I have been seeing Dr.Simpson as a patient for more than 5 years, I have the upmost respect for his actions and putting the patients first. Our talks may not be long but he gets to the point and gets whatever is wrong handled. He has always listened and cared about his patients !

Office staff and Dr Simpson is amazing. They listen And actually give feed back and call back! Dr simpson has been the most consistent Dr I have had. He listens and remembers my issues or concerns and I know it’s on a file but on visits he gives full attention and follows up on last visits concerns and always makes sure to let me know if I ever need anything in between visits to call and he will help or answer any and all questions. The office staff is amazing, kind and family like. I don’t feel judged for my questions or concerns and they don’t talk to me like I’m an idiot if I don’t understand or ask the same question twice in different wording. 100 % comfortable with everyone there. And have recommended them to everyone who has asked for recommendations with a new doctor due to the one they have isn’t listening.

If you want an excellent PCP then look no further. I have followed this amazing doc from multiple places and am so extremely happy that he opened his own practice. Easy to get appointments, helpful staff, and quality overall.

I’ve been seeing this Dr. Simpson for a while now, and he’s one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. So much so, after I moved, I currently drive an hour just to see him. He takes his time during every visit, asks the right questions, and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on. His bedside manner is calm, respectful, and reassuring. The doctor is great BUT the staff makes this such an unpleasant and annoying experience. Call the office 3 days straight left messages for nurse or doctor to return my call………… 1 week and 3 days later I’m still waiting. Mind you during that time I’ve been hospitalized , given a bunch of meds, surgical procedure scheduled but my PCP was no where to be found. VERY disappointed. Been a patient over 5 years. Staff is totally different and it’s a shame.

Yesterday was my first day experience using “Tele-Doc” with Dr. Simpson and I was extremely pleased. I was able to complete my appointment in just a few minutes. Today I had my weekly blood draw at Dickinson Family Medicine. I’m giving 5 stars for Niesha, the phlebotomist in the lab. She is extraordinary. I’ve never had anyone in a lab or a hospital who could get me with a single stick. She does it every week. It’s absolutely painless. I am in and out so quickly and she is always so pleasant.

Have always gotten good service when calling the clinic from all the staff, which I appreciated. Dr Simpson listens to all my concerns or issues that I had and replied to them. That is why I gave them 5 stars.

He is to the point and addresses both my immediate and long term concerns with specificity but always without making me feel rushed at any time. When more time is needed on a specific visit, more time is taken. Alternatively though he is direct and to the point. This is the best combination. Glad I found him and his practice!

Dr Simpson has been my doctor for more than 6 years and I will follow him anywhere. I want to gatekeep him so bad but always recommend him to family and friends-all of which love him now also. He is easy to talk with and listens to your health concerns, and if needed, he helps you work out a strategy to improve your health. To me that is a great asset to have in a family doctor. This office treats patients the way it should be. You don’t wait long to see the doctor. When you do, Dr. Simpson listens and interacts with you. He doesn’t just push Medecine at you and get you out. He wants to know the root cause of your issue(s). His staff is efficient and very friendly.

Dr. Chris Simpson is one in a million. He ACTUALLY listens to you and supports you. He doesn't just say it's hormones or it's your weight... he will actually help and bounce ideas off you and WILL NOT STOP till he figures out what helps. The crazy thing is you have an amazing doctor AND STAFF. The staff will go out of their way to helpin any way possible. I will follow them where ever they go!! I have a VERY complex health history most Doctors wont even see me and Dr. Simpson is like bring it on.

Best practice I have ever been to.

I can't brag enough on Dr. Simpson and his staff. The girls REALLY tried to get me into dermatology this morning when the UTMB dermatology clinic royally screwed up and didn't tell me I needed a referral to schedule an appointment and made me get up and be there by 8:05am. They will do everything in their power to get you the help you need in the moment. I ended up having to reschedule, but that's on UTMB, not Dr. Simpson's office! They're the absolute best!!

Dr. Simpson and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable in a doctor office setting. I was very impressed with my first visit.

Initially I was really pleased with my first appt. My appointment was quick but not rushed. I felt really heard by Dr. Simpson. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dr prescribed my meds and although I filled out the pre visit forms and listed all my meds there was still a problem with the translation to the pharmacy. It took 3 days to correct it as the staff is not that efficient in following up or returning calls. The Dr. also called in a prescription that would be delivered. They couldn't deliver to a PO BOX so I gave the office a physical address. Once again the wrong information was translated to the pharmacy so it's been almost 10 days since my appointment and now that the address has been corrected with FEDEX I should receive it in a couple of days, a whole 2 weeks since my appointment. One of the prescriptions is a self administered shot. Dr. Simpson told me to come in and they will show me how to administer it. I called the office to see if I needed to make an appointment to have someone show me and they are seriously trying to charge me for a 3 min appointment. No ma'am absolutely not.

I have FINALLY found the right doctor for me! Excellent bedside manner, easy to talk to, no judgy vibes. Everything from positive front desk employees, to very amicable and knowledgeable Doctor. Highly recommend!! Thanks to the whole staff for pleasant experience
