I was seen on time. I was able to express all my symptoms. He listened and contemplated the best course of action for my treatment. Received several referrals and prescriptions with some needed tests. Everything I was hoping for was taken care of. I left pleased with my visit.

I'd like to say I've seen several Dr's in the last 5 yrs but Dr Simpson is honestly one that takes his time and actually listen to what you have to say, he's even pulled up a chair and said " Talk to me" he's literally concerned and before you leave the office you are completely satisfied with your visit. I’ve been seeing this Dr. Simpson for a while now, and he’s one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. So much so, after I moved, I currently drive an hour just to see him. He takes his time during every visit, asks the right questions, and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on. His bedside manner is calm, respectful, and reassuring. The doctor is great BUT the staff makes this such an unpleasant and annoying experience. Call the office 3 days straight left messages for nurse or doctor to return my call………… 1 week and 3 days later I’m still waiting. Mind you during that time I’ve been hospitalized , given a bunch of meds, surgical procedure scheduled but my PCP was no where to be found. VERY disappointed. Been a patient over 5 years. Staff is totally different and it’s a shame.

Yesterday was my first day experience using “Tele-Doc” with Dr. Simpson and I was extremely pleased. I was able to complete my appointment in just a few minutes. My needed prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was able to pick them up shortly afterward. My appointment was just as excellent as my in-person visits have been. I am completely satisfied with my visits with Dr.Simpson.

I have to add that his office staff from his nurse to the girls at the front desk. They are all amazing. Friendly and efficient. I’m just so glad I found him when I moved to this area. Always a good experience.

Dr. Simpson always takes care of me. Even like this time when he was full at the office but called me and prescribed me some medicine to fight my chest cold I had come down with. My wife’s Dr is getting off her Medicare plan so she is thinking of coming over because she hears me talk about him. Great Dr and great person .

Today I had my weekly blood draw at Dickinson Family Medicine. I’m giving 5 stars for Niesha, the phlebotomist in the lab. She is extraordinary. I’ve never had anyone in a lab or a hospital who could get me with a single stick. She does it every week. It’s absolutely painless. I am in and out so quickly and she is always so pleasant.

Have always gotten good service when calling the clinic from all the staff, which I appreciated. Dr Simpson listens to all my concerns or issues that I had and replied to them. That is why I gave them 5 stars.

Dr. Simpson has probably the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever met. He is kind, compassionate, and listens to his patients. He explained in detail his concerns and his plans for action. Furthermore, he listened to all of my questions and answered them in a very kind manner. Dr. Simpson was referred to me by another friend of mine. Now I understand what she meant by saying what a professional doctor and gentleman she found him to be.

Best practice I have ever been to.

I can't brag enough on Dr. Simpson and his staff. The girls REALLY tried to get me into dermatology this morning when the UTMB dermatology clinic royally screwed up and didn't tell me I needed a referral to schedule an appointment and made me get up and be there by 8:05am. They will do everything in their power to get you the help you need in the moment. I ended up having to reschedule, but that's on UTMB, not Dr. Simpson's office! They're the absolute best!!

Great dr. And staff

Dr. Simpson and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable in a doctor office setting. I was very impressed with my first visit.

Initially I was really pleased with my first appt. My appointment was quick but not rushed. I felt really heard by Dr. Simpson. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dr prescribed my meds and although I filled out the pre visit forms and listed all my meds there was still a problem with the translation to the pharmacy. It took 3 days to correct it as the staff is not that efficient in following up or returning calls. The Dr. also called in a prescription that would be delivered. They couldn't deliver to a PO BOX so I gave the office a physical address. Once again the wrong information was translated to the pharmacy so it's been almost 10 days since my appointment and now that the address has been corrected with FEDEX I should receive it in a couple of days, a whole 2 weeks since my appointment. One of the prescriptions is a self administered shot. Dr. Simpson told me to come in and they will show me how to administer it. I called the office to see if I needed to make an appointment to have someone show me and they are seriously trying to charge me for a 3 min appointment. No ma'am absolutely not.

I have FINALLY found the right doctor for me! Excellent bedside manner, easy to talk to, no judgy vibes. Everything from positive front desk employees, to very amicable and knowledgeable Doctor. Highly recommend!! Thanks to the whole staff for pleasant experience

I am absolutely UNCOMFORTABLE when it comes to doctors. My pulse increases to the point they think I need an EKG and even my BP starts to become crazy. I have no idea why since I'm an EMT and worked 20 plus yrs in the medical field. Something about Dr. Simpson puts me at peace. He is very kind and compassionate towards all his patients. There is no judgement with him. He wants to make sure you are mentally well and healthy and makes that his number one concern above all else. I think in this day and age that says alot towards his character as a Doctor. I would highly HIGHELY recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor that they would feel comfortable seeing.
